Payment Policy

Cash on delivery, and why nothing is taken up front.

What you can pay with

  • Pay online. UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through our payment partner Cashfree Payments. You are taken to Cashfree's secure payment page; your card or UPI details are entered there and never reach our servers or get stored by us.
  • Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Available up to the order value shown in your bag.

How online payment works

You place the order, then pay on Cashfree's page. The order is confirmed the moment the payment succeeds, and you receive an email and a GST invoice. If the payment fails or you close the window, nothing is charged and the order stays open so you can try again from the order page. An order that is not paid within a short time is cancelled and its stock released.

If money is debited but the order still shows as unpaid, it is confirmed automatically once the bank reports the payment, usually within minutes. If it is not, write to us with your order number and we will sort it out.

Anyone asking you to pay Izalee by a link, QR code or transfer outside our checkout is not us.

Prices include GST

Every price on the site is inclusive of GST, as Indian retail prices are. Your invoice shows the tax split, CGST and SGST within a state, IGST across states.

Cash on delivery, in practice

Please have the amount ready. Couriers rarely carry change, and a refused delivery costs us both.

Cash on delivery is not available:

  • Above the order value shown in your bag
  • Where the courier does not offer it for your pincode

Delivery charges

Delivery is free above the order value shown in your bag. Below that, a flat charge applies. It appears in your bag before you order.

Refunds

Online payments are refunded to the same card, UPI ID or bank account they came from. Cash orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you give us. See the [returns and refunds policy](/pages/returns).
