Nothing that tracks you runs until you agree.

The short version

A cookie is a small file this site asks your browser to keep. We use as few as the shop can work with, and nothing that measures you runs unless you say yes. Saying no changes nothing about how the shop works.

What we set, and for how long

These are needed for the shop to work at all. They are set by our own server and marked HttpOnly, which means no script on the page can read them — not ours, and not one injected by somebody else.

izalle_cart — remembers what is in your bag between pages. 30 days.
izalle_customer — keeps you signed in to your account, so you do not have to confirm your phone number again on every visit. 6 months, or until you sign out.
izalle_wishlist — remembers what you saved for later. 1 year.
izalle_access — signs in a member of staff. 1 hour.
izalle_refresh — renews a staff sign-in without asking again. 30 days.

The bag cookie is only set once you put something in your bag. Browsing the shop, reading a product page and leaving sets nothing at all.

The two staff cookies are only ever set on the back office, after somebody signs in with a password. They never appear for a shopper.

What your browser stores

Two things are kept by the browser rather than sent to us:

izalle.consent.v2 — your answer to the cookie banner. Until you clear it.
izalee:api-warmed — stops us waking the server twice in one visit. Until you close the tab.

The second is only stored if you agreed. The first is stored either way, including when you say no — without it the banner would ask again on every page, which is not what "no" means.

What runs only if you agree

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people find useful, so we know what to fix. It is not loaded at all until you agree: not loaded and switched off, not running quietly — the script is not on the page. IP addresses are shortened before they are recorded, and advertising features are switched off.

If you agree, Google sets its own cookies (_ga and one named for this site, both up to two years, and _gid for 24 hours). We do not read them and they are not used to advertise to you.

Changing your mind

Select Cookies at the foot of any page. You can say yes, change to no, or leave it as it is.

Saying no also removes what was stored under your earlier yes. Clearing this site's data in your browser has the same effect, and the banner will ask again.
